Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM. Weekly guaranteed hours: 36. Weekend hours: Every other weekend/as needed. Call requirements: As needed.

Job Description

Conemaugh Meyersdale Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Medical Laboratory Technician to join our laboratory team. This role involves providing comprehensive laboratory services within a critical access hospital that serves a diverse patient population, including a mixture of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and analysis on patient samples.
• Maintain and operate laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Document and report test results accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.

Required Experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician.

Certifications/Licensure

ASCP certification for Medical Laboratory Technology or Medical Laboratory Science is required.
