ARMStaffing is looking for a CT Technologist (Day Shift) in Charleston, South Carolina.

Schedule/Shift

Working 3x12 hour shifts: Saturday, Sunday, Monday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Holiday rotation included.

Job Description

The CT Technologist will work in a Level 1 Trauma Teaching Hospital and will be responsible for performing a variety of CT scans, primarily cardiac exams, as well as routine studies and procedures. Familiarity with Siemens equipment and Epic charting is essential. The candidate will engage in high-quality imaging practices while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans on patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Utilize Epic for documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
• Adhere to radiation safety measures and guidelines.
• Prepare patients for examination, including contrast media administration.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a CT Technologist.
• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center preferred.
• Siemens CT equipment experience strongly preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• ARRT certifications in Radiography (RT) and Computed Tomography (CT) required.
• Must have a valid South Carolina state license at the time of start.
