ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery (Night Shift) in Las Colinas, Texas.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

4 weekend shifts per month, Night shift from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week.

Job Description

Join the labor and delivery unit at Med City Las Colinas, where you will be part of a dedicated team caring for patients in a 12-bed facility. The unit maintains a patient ratio of 2:1, with staffing support from one unit tech each shift and one unit secretary on the day shift. You will utilize Meditech for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Circumvent and assist in C-sections.
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients during labor and delivery.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and respond to any changes promptly.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in labor and delivery.
• Active Texas RN License (temporary licenses are not accepted).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• FM and AWHONN certifications preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active Texas RN License required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• FM and AWHONN certifications preferred.
