Day shift, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; no on-call requirements.

Job Description

This position involves working in a fast-paced Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit. You will optimize post-surgical patient care according to surgeon preferences in a collaborative team atmosphere. Established order sets and protocols are already in place to guide your practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients on a Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit.
• Implement and optimize patient care plans based on individual diagnoses.
• Monitor patient telemetry data and respond to critical changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Experience

• Active RN licensure in Indiana.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a relevant setting.

Certifications/Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) - Indiana License.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current BLS certification.
