Day Shift, 08:00-16:30 with rotating weekends.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide skilled therapy to patients in the 23-bed Rehab Unit. The therapist will work with various levels of patients and document their progress in the EMR system Meditech, transitioning to Meditech Expanse on 5/14.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients in inpatient rehabilitation.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities as a part of rehabilitation programs.
• Document patient progress accurately in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience

• Current Texas Physical Therapy license.
• CPR certification.
• Experience in inpatient rehab settings.

Certifications/Licensure

• Physical Therapy License in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
