Job Description
This role focuses on providing high-quality care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient progress, assisting in labor and delivery, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the mother and newborn.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and fetal heart rates.
- Assist in labor and delivery processes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.
Required Experience
- Current RN license in Tennessee.
- Experience in Labor and Delivery preferred.
Certifications/Licensure
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification preferred.
