40 hours/week, Monday through Friday with two weekend day shifts.

Job Description

Join the team at Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital in Valencia, California, and make Santa Clarita your home base for an unforgettable Southern California adventure! You will be working in the Acute Rehabilitation Unit, focusing on providing quality physical therapy services to patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients in an acute rehabilitation setting.
• Implement and monitor patient progress towards therapy goals.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care in the Meditech electronic medical record system.

Required Experience

Preferred experience in Acute Rehabilitation Unit; however, Skilled Nursing Facility and acute inpatient experience will be considered.

Certifications/Licensure

A current Physical Therapist licensure is required.
