ARMStaffing is looking for a Physical Therapist, Acute Care (Day Shift) in Redding, California.

Schedule/Shift

4x10 hour shifts from 06:00 AM to 04:30 PM.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary disorders. Responsibilities will be performed in accordance with Physical Therapy and Hospital Policy, as well as state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities in accordance with regulatory policies.

Required Experience

• Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current California Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current status.
• Previous acute care hospital experience preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Valid California Physical Therapy license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Maintain HCP certifications as required by the facility.
