7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; 12 hour night shifts.

Job Description

This position involves providing quality patient care in a Medical-Surgical unit, focusing on individuals with a variety of medical conditions, promoting optimal health outcomes. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care accurately in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience

Must possess a valid Registered Nurse license and have prior experience in a Medical-Surgical unit.

Certifications/Licensure

Current Tennessee RN license is required. BLS certification is preferred.
