ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Neuro Med/Surg (Night Shift) in Nashville, Tennessee.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift, Night Shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM; 2 weekends per 4-week schedule.

Job Description

Join our team at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN, on the Neuro Med/Surg unit, a 20-bed unit providing critical support for patients with neurological needs. The ideal candidate will thrive on delivering compassionate care, engaging with patients and their families, and ensuring a high standard of treatment. Experience with Meditech documentation and familiarity with a variety of medical equipment including IV Pumps, Telemetry, EKG machines, and more will be beneficial in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and compassionate care to patients and their families.
• Conduct bedside shift reports and collaborate with patients and families in care plans.
• Start IVs, perform basic wound care, and maintain surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, and chest tubes.

Required Experience

• Prior Med/Surg experience in an acute care setting.
• Strong ability to prioritize care and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active RN license.
• BLS certification required.
