7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with a guarantee of 36 hours per week and rotating weekends.
Job Description
Join the dedicated team at our free-standing emergency department with 12 beds, providing quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Utilizing advanced equipment such as Hamilton Ventilators, EKGs, and bedside monitors, you will be instrumental in the care and treatment of both pediatric and adult patients. Documentation is conducted using Meditech.
Responsibilities
- Administer drip titrations and breathing treatments.
- Perform pelvic exams, suture setup, and orthopedic splinting.
- Collaborate with providers and peers to ensure optimal patient care.
Required Experience
Two years of nursing experience in an emergency department setting is preferred.
Certifications/Licensure
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention), if available
