Night shift, 18:45 to 07:15. Guaranteed 36 hours per week. Weekend hours as needed, with call requirements.
Job Description
The Registered Nurse will provide critical care in an 8-bed Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. The RN will be responsible for managing complex patient populations, ages 18 and older, utilizing advanced medical equipment such as IV pumps and ventilators. The role includes procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab and working within a team-oriented environment using Meditech for documentation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in a critical care setting, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Coordinate and manage patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience is required.
Certifications/Licensure
- Current RN License
- ACLS Certification
- BLS Certification
