Job Description
The Registered Nurse in the Telemetry unit will be responsible for monitoring patients with cardiovascular conditions, ensuring quality patient care, and collaborating with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs and rhythms.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Document patient care and progress accurately in medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.
Required Experience
Candidates must possess previous experience in Telemetry nursing and demonstrate proficiency in patient monitoring and care.
Certifications/Licensure
A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required. BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
