ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Home Health (Day Shift) in Atlanta, Georgia.

Schedule/Shift

Monday to Friday, 5 × 8 hour shifts (07:00 - 15:00).

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide home health care to patients within the coverage area of Atlanta, East Point, Hapeville, College Park, Union City, Palmetto, and Fairburn. RNs may be required to assist in other territories within the facility's service area, which extends approximately 60 miles from the facility address. Recent home health experience and proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Start of Cares, Resumption of Cares, Recertifications, Discharges, and routine visits as required.
• Ensure compliance with performance standards by obtaining a minimum of 30 points, including points from varied visit types.

Required Experience

• Recent experience in home health care (2024-25).
• Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase documentation.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Georgia.
