ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Home Health in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Schedule/Shift

AM shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours per shift (07:00 AM - 03:00 PM).

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide home health care services to patients in Hinds County and may be asked to assist in other territories within a 60-mile radius. Responsibilities include start of cares, resumption of cares, recertifications, discharges, and routine visits.

Responsibilities

• Perform start of cares (2.5 points) and resumption of cares (2 points).
• Conduct recertifications (1.75 points) and discharges (1.5 points).
• Complete routine visits (0.9 points) as required.
• Ensure compliance with home health standards and protocols.
• Document patient care in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) or alternative systems as necessary.

Required Experience

• Recent home health experience required.
• Experience with HomeCare HomeBase is required; training may be available for a reduced rate for candidates without HCHB experience during the initial two weeks.

Certifications/Licensure

Current RN license is required.
