36 hours per week, Night Shift from 1845 to 0715.
Job Description
The position involves working in Labor and Delivery, Post Partum, and Nursery care settings. The candidate will provide essential nursing care and support to mothers and newborns during their hospital stay. Knowledge of the Meditech documentation system is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to mothers and infants in the Labor and Delivery unit.
- Monitor maternal and fetal health during labor and delivery.
- Assist in post-partum care and nursery procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Experience
- Current Washington State nursing license.
- Experience in Labor and Delivery, Post Partum, and Nursery care.
Certifications/Licensure
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
- Approved 6-hour suicide training.
- Completion of STABLE training is preferred but not required.
