ARMStaffing is looking for an MRI Technologist, MRI (Night Shift) in Round Rock, Texas.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

Shifts are from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Friday through Sunday, with weekday overnights preferred.

Job Description

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing various MRI procedures, including neuro, general body, and musculoskeletal imaging. The successful candidate will work within a supportive team that includes other imaging modalities, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflow in a 209-bed hospital.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI scans as per departmental protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Maintain equipment and perform quality control checks.
• Document procedures accurately in the EMR system (Meditech).
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience

• Current Advanced Registry in Magnetic Resonance with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent ARMRIT certification.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Certifications/Licensure

• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required.
• BLS certification required.
