Schedule/Shift

Day Shift: 06:00 - 18:30, working every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.

Job Description

Join the team as a Respiratory Therapist at a Level II Trauma Center. The unit supports a bed capacity of 383 and is equipped with advanced technologies including Servo I, GE, V60, Airvo, and Vapotherm. The care environment is guided by the Meditech EMR system, ensuring efficient and effective patient management.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments and interventions in accordance with protocols.
• Assist in the assessment and monitoring of patient respiratory conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health and equipment usage.

Required Experience

• NRP or STABLE certification.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• ICU experience preferred with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Certifications/Licensure

Must hold appropriate licensure and certifications to practice as a Respiratory Therapist.
