Variable shifts: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, Tuesday-Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm, or Sunday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and re-evaluate assigned residents/patients, plan and implement an ongoing therapeutic physical therapy program as prescribed by the attending physician or consulting specialist, and provide consulting physical therapist services. This role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary based on hospital operations. The equipment utilized includes EMR - Meditech.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned residents/patients.
• Plan and implement ongoing therapeutic physical therapy programs.
• Provide consulting physical therapist services.
• Work variable shifts as required by hospital operations.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 6 months of work experience in at least one of the following settings working with adults: Acute care, rehab hospital, or skilled nursing facility (SNF).

Certifications/Licensure

• Active Hawaii Physical Therapist license required by the assignment start date.
• BLS certification required.
