ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, MS/Tele (Night Shift) in Rochester, New York.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

4x12 hour shifts, 1900-0700. Every other weekend required, floating is required.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in the MS/Tele unit will provide direct patient care, interpret dysrhythmias, manage dysrhythmias, and utilize rapid response and code teams. Experience with peripheral line care and non-invasive airway management is essential. The role requires documentation in the EPIC charting system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care according to established standards.
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and telemetry data.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient management.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding care plans.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit.
• Previous charge experience is preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Must hold a valid New York RN license.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Valid NIHSS certification required.
