Job Description

The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively within a healthcare team, focusing on patient care and family education. The RN is responsible for assessing patient needs and implementing appropriate interventions in an outpatient clinic setting, particularly in oncology.

Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues.
• Develop individualized care plans with expected outcomes.
• Implement the prescribed plan of care.
• Enhance the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice.
• Evaluate personal nursing practice in relation to professional standards.
• Interact with and contribute to the professional development of peers.
• Integrate ethical provisions in all areas of nursing practice.
• Integrate research findings into nursing practice.
• Provide leadership in the professional practice setting.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Experience

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN, ASN, AAS, AAN).
• Current Montana Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Certifications/Licensure

• Oncology Certified Nurse preferred.
