Job Description

Community Rehabilitation Hospital South is a 44-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation facility that specializes in the treatment and recovery of individuals affected by severe injuries or illnesses. Our comprehensive rehabilitation programs cater to patients recovering from various conditions including stroke, brain injuries, neurological disorders, trauma, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries. We aim to enhance the overall health, functionality, and quality of life of our patients through dedicated physical medicine and rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and support to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assist patients with daily activities and therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Required Experience

Current LPN license is required.

Certifications/Licensure

Must hold a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
