We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to join our team in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. This position involves delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
Required Experience
Previous experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting is preferred.
Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
