This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule / Shift

The position requires a schedule of 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including 3 shifts per 12-hour format, every other weekend and 3 out of 6 holidays. There is no on-call or float requirement.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care based on patient needs, identifying patient needs, developing individualized plans of care, performing therapeutic nursing interventions, managing patient care, documenting care according to standards, advocating for evidence-based practices, and providing patient-centric care.

Required Experience

Preferred years of experience: 2 years in Mother-Baby couplet care.

Certifications / Licensure

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
