This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule / Shift

7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 3 x 12 hour shifts, every other weekend required, 3 out of 6 holidays required.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. This role includes planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care based on patient needs, as well as developing and coordinating individualized plans of care. The RN will manage and document care in alignment with evidence-based practice standards and advocate for patient-centric care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments based on identified problems or needs.
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage the care of patients.
• Document care based on standards of practice and patient acuity.
• Support adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.

Required Experience

Preferred years of experience: 2.

Certifications / Licensure

• BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) required.
