Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3 shifts per week, with weekends and holidays required as needed.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. The RN will plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patients' needs, managing care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The RN will develop and coordinate individualized plans of care and perform therapeutic nursing interventions, advocating for evidence-based practice care standards. The role requires providing patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice models.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and assist in patient care.
• Document care based on standards of care and clinical priorities.
• Initiate patient assessments based on their problems or needs.
• Manage care of patients throughout their stay.
• Support the adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.

Required Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing.

Certifications / Licensure

• ACLS
• BLS
• Chemo Certification
