Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room at our Corpus Christi location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during surgical procedures in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes as necessary.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to provide optimal patient care.
- Document patient interactions accurately in the EMR system (MEDITECH).
- Provide support to patients and families before and after surgery.
Required Experience
- Active RN license.
- Experience in the Operating Room environment is strongly preferred.
Certifications / Licensure
- BLS certification is required.
- RN CST certification preferred.
- BSN and CNOR certification are advantageous.
