Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our surgical unit team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in orthopedic and surgical nursing, providing exemplary patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate patient care in the surgical unit.
• Assist in various surgical procedures including orthopedic, spine, neuro, vascular, general, bariatrics, robotics, and urology.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Meditech EMR system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding surgical procedures and post-operative care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a current RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in orthopedic surgeries is mandatory.
• Preferred experience with robotic surgical systems (Da Vinci experience is a plus).
