Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our float pool, where you will be required to float between Medical-Surgical units and Rehabilitation as needed. This role is supportive of various departments, including direct patient care, and it may involve caring for COVID patients. As a traveler, you will be expected to work during at least two of the three major holidays: Thanksgiving Day/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across multiple units as needed.
• Assist in the management of patient treatment plans and medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.

Required Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing role is required.

Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license is required.
• BLSE certification is required.
• EPIC experience is highly preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccine is required, with exceptions for medical or religious reasons.
• Flu vaccine is required, with exceptions for medical or religious reasons.
