Job Description
The Med Surg Float Pool nurse provides comprehensive patient care across multiple medical-surgical units, adapting quickly to varying patient populations and unit workflows. Nurses are expected to function independently, demonstrate strong clinical judgment, and uphold all hospital policies and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care across various medical-surgical units.
- Adapt to different patient populations and unit workflows.
- Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, including attendance and medication safety protocols.
Required Experience
Minimum 2 years of Med Surg experience required.
Certifications / Licensure
- BLS
- NIHHS
- ACLS and TNCC preferred
