Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with emergency room experience to join our healthcare team. This position involves working night shifts in a fast-paced emergency department, providing critical care to diverse patient populations. The candidate must be able to float within their scope to meet the facility's needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in the emergency department.
- Assess patient needs and implement necessary interventions.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care and outcomes using the Epic charting system.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of emergency room experience is required. First-time travelers accepted with relevant ER experience.
Certifications / Licensure
- Current South Carolina RN license or multi-state/compact license.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS.
- Preferred: CPI and TNCC.
