Job Description
We are seeking a qualified CVOR Certified Surgical Technologist to join our Heart Team. This role requires expertise in open heart surgical procedures including CABG, AAA, TAVR, and valve replacements.
Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures for cardiovascular cases.
- Work collaboratively within day shift teams of 3 (2 RNs and 1 CST Tech).
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during surgery.
- Utilize equipment such as GE and Stryker.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 1-year current acute care CVOR Tech hospital experience.
- Proficiency in open heart surgery procedures.
Certifications / Licensure
- BLS Certification
- DORA Certification
- NBSTA Certification
