Job Description

Join a dedicated team as an Infusion RN at a community-focused facility. You will provide direct clinical care and essential administrative support within a dynamic infusion center, ensuring the safe administration of intravenous therapies. This role involves coordinating infusion services and contributing to operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and compassionate infusion therapy, administering IV medications and therapies while monitoring patient responses.
• Coordinate clinical and administrative operations, managing scheduling, prior authorizations, and clinical order reviews.
• Educate and support patients and families on treatment plans, assessing understanding and documenting education efforts.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in electronic health records and medication administration logs.

Required Experience

• Graduate of an approved RN School of Nursing.
• Minimum of two years RN experience required; one year of acute care experience preferred.
• Current Vermont or multi-state compact Registered Nurse license.
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association.

Certifications / Licensure

• BSN required.
• Preferred certification: Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI).
