This position is for night shift, from 7 PM to 7 AM, including every other weekend rotation.

Job Description

North Country Hospital is seeking a dedicated PCU/MedSurg/Tele nurse to join our team. This role requires the ability to work independently and perform charge nurse duties. The candidate must be prepared to float to other units such as the Emergency Department (ED) and MCH as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the PCU, MedSurg, and Telemetry units.
• Perform charge nurse duties as required.
• Float to additional units as necessary, including ED and MCH.
• Attend department quarterly education sessions.

Required Experience

Experience in PCU, MedSurg, or Telemetry nursing is required for this position.

Certifications / Licensure

A valid nursing license is required to practice in the state of Vermont.
