Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medical-Surgical unit. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, developing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs.
- Assess patient health and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
Required Experience
A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Medical-Surgical setting is required.
Certifications / Licensure
Current RN license in the state of practice is mandatory. BLS certification is also required.
