We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing basic patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors. This role will involve monitoring patients, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities to ensure optimal patient comfort and care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the supervising nurse.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Document patient care and observations accurately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Required Experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Certifications / Licensure
Current LPN license in the state of practice is required.
