Job Description
As a Registered Nurse in the Medical-Surgical unit, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients.
- Implement nursing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to interventions.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
Required Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical-Surgical setting is required.
Certifications / Licensure
Current RN license in the state of practice is required. BLS certification is also required.
