Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care, ensure patient comfort, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes. This position involves full responsibility for managing patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.

Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN License in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
