Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical team. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute medical/surgical care and possess a patient-centered approach. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients while ensuring effective communication within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Care of medical-surgical patients
• Perform standard nursing skills including IV insertions, urinary catheter insertion/maintenance, and medication administration
• Engage in effective communication with all members of the care team
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record
• Maintain central lines and perform Continuous Bladder Irrigation as necessary
• NGT insertion and maintenance

Required Experience

• 1+ years of acute medical/surgical experience within the last year
• Ability to care for 4-6 patients at a time

Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) License
