Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in emergency nursing with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
- Mentor and support less experienced nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required Experience
4-5 years of nursing experience, with charge experience preferred.
Certifications / Licensure
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) or MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior) required prior to start
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale certification)
