Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (3 shifts per week)

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department will provide high-quality care to patients in critical conditions while ensuring effective communication with healthcare team members. This role requires a capable RN who can manage various patient needs, apply clinical skills, and uphold the standards of care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Provide interventions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 4-5 years of experience in the ED setting.
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI (or MOAB), NIHSS.
• Charge experience is a plus.
• CPI or MOAB certification must be obtained prior to start.
