Job Description
Join our midwife-led team in a comprehensive Labor and Delivery (LD) unit where you will provide care across all aspects of maternity services. Your expertise will be vital in delivering patient-centered care during delivery, mother/baby care, postpartum, nursery responsibilities, and newborn resuscitation.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care through various stages including delivery, postpartum, and newborn care.
- Utilize knowledge of age-related growth and development in individualized nursing processes.
- Work collaboratively within a low-intervention maternity care model.
- Ensure adherence to nursing standards and practices in all care deliveries.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
- Experience in postpartum and mother/baby care.
- Proficient with Epic EMR.
Certifications / Licensure
- Current New Hampshire RN License or Compact.
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- AWHONN Certification within the past 3 years is preferred.
