Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate and implement personalized treatment plans that address patients' needs and goals. You will oversee the therapy services for assigned patients and ensure they receive functional treatment programs aimed at promoting a successful return to community activities. Education of patients, their families, and the team is a critical part of this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients.
• Develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on clinical reasoning.
• Document patient care accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Participate in student programs, providing supervision and learning opportunities.
• Foster a safe environment and uphold safety standards in patient handling and workplace practices.

Required Experience

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.

Certifications / Licensure

• Current CPR certification required.
• Maintain professional licensure in good standing.
