Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description

The Medical/Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in telemetry nursing and demonstrate strong clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, assessing for significant changes in patients' conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Document patient care accurately based on facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.

Required Experience

Minimum of 12 months of permanent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience is required.

Certifications / Licensure

• Active Ohio nursing license or compact state license in hand is required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
