Job Description
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) specializing in Medical-Surgical care, you will develop and implement total nursing care for patients. This includes conducting assessments, formulating nursing diagnoses, creating patient care plans, and providing leadership while working collaboratively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel. You will maintain high standards for professional nursing practice in a clinical setting and develop systems to provide comprehensive care across various age populations, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Required Experience
- 2 years of LPN experience in a Medical-Surgical setting - REQUIRED
Certifications / Licensure
- BLS (AHA) certification
- Valid Oklahoma State License
