Schedule / Shift

3 12-hour shifts per week; 2 weekend shifts (4 shifts) per 4-week schedule. Shift is from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Medical-Surgical unit specializing in Neuro Med/Surg. The unit consists of 20 beds with a patient ratio of 6:1. You will play a critical role in providing attentive and compassionate care to our patients and their families, engaging them in their plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and compassionate care to patients and families.
• Conduct bedside shift reports and build personal connections with patients.
• Utilize medical technology and equipment including IV pumps and telemetry systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience

• Med/Surg experience is required.
• Ability to prioritize care and multitask effectively.
• Experience with IV starts, basic wound care, and management of surgical drains.

Certifications / Licensure

• Must have an active RN license.
• BLS certification is required.
