Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide outpatient therapy services, evaluating assigned patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans based on their needs. The role involves ensuring effective treatment programs for community reintegration and providing one-on-one care, especially for initial evaluations which will be a full hour per patient.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient care accurately and timely following clinical guidelines.
• Provide supervision and a positive learning environment for students as assigned.
• Engage in professional development through continuing education and self-study.
• Ensure adherence to professional and ethical standards, maintaining licensure in good standing.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.

Required Experience

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• 6 months to 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.

Certifications / Licensure

• Current CPR certification.
• Active physical therapy license for the state of Colorado.
