Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department. The role requires a minimum of one year of current acute care ED experience and the ability to work effectively as part of a seasoned team. The unit consists of 18 beds and approximately 3-5 staff members, ensuring a supportive work environment focused on teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Medication administration
• IV placement and management
• Wound care and infiltration
• Collaboration with emergency staff on assessments

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care ED RN experience
• Experience in a large hospital setting preferred

Certifications / Licensure

• BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, ENPCCPI Blue Card required
• Meditech experience preferred
