Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an acute rehab setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Document patient care accurately using the Cerner EMR system.

Required Experience

• Previous inpatient experience in IRF, Acute Care, or Skilled Nursing Facility.

Certifications / Licensure

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Rhode Island.
