Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients in an acute care environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members.
• Support patients with diagnoses such as orthopedics, stroke, amputee rehabilitation, and geriatrics.

Required Experience

Minimum of 1 year of adult inpatient experience is required.

Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
